So i am currently talking with my personal doctor about possibly using medical marijunana as a more natural remedy to my anxiety than the coutless usless meds i have had to take for most of my life. Most if not all of the different medications have had ill side effects ranging from insomnia to dibiltating(sp?) pain. Does any know what oregons ideas for medical marijuana are i am and have been diagnosed with anxiety for nearly 6 years now. Any help would be awesome seems like my last hope for a normal pure and peaceful life.

I know that Anxiety works as a cause to use medical mjj in Cali but not sure if it is here.
Hell in Cali if you just have a stubbed toe you can practicly get a recommendation as it is that easy. Personally I do not agree that it should be that easy, but at least they have a system that is easy to understand and then obtain the necessary meds without much hassle.
Over the past few days I have been researching as much information as possible on the Oregon laws, but still a bit lost.
But considering you are already on other medications and under a doctors care you might not have a problem getting the recommendation.
Me personally, I have a chronic nerve disease and was told 5 years ago that I would not live more then 3-4 years, but Mjj has turned my condition around and is now more controlled and no longer told I will be gone soon - proof that Med. Mjj really can work. But now that I am up here and out of meds. I can clearly see that the problems relating to my condition are coming back in very serious ways.

Send me a yahoo im and maybe we can pull our resources together as we are both in the same area.

WOW!!!

u know, we should just somehow spread your disease to all politicians and anti-mmj ppl and then have them try it, maybe we then can get the fed ban lifted! j/k[no threats]

but plz dont die, toke instead! :D

I thot I had that info in my thread. But, it has been deleted, I must have broken a rule. It was major great info too! I did not write it down either! Really sucks. Hope you get a good response. Cause, it sounded like a better place to live than Cali!

I am in a state of build or move. Just can't decide which is least stress!

Welcome to the group and hope you get the info, I use to have! :rastasmoke:

Oregon doesnt recongnize anxiety or an "mental" condition yet as a reason for a card. I just found that out last week cuz my friend had the same question. Hopefully soon, but not now sorry. California is the only state that does.
