yellow spots???

hey,
iv new to growin so iv killed alot of plants.but hav had 2 success's lately, but of them has got yellow spots on 2 of its leaves?wat do u's think it is?im usin a halogen light and some fluresants.iv highered the halogen light just in case its burnin them.but it does'nt look like its burnin them coz the leaves with d spots are lower on d d stem....so what do u's think?any idea's?this is important coz if i cant grow i cant smoke!!!u cant buy weed where i am.....

Your halogen light is burning leafs from the inside out. Halogen light is not the proper light to grow with. It produces to much heat and not enough of the correct light spectrum required to grow pot plants. Use MH for veg and HPS for flower. Your fluorescents work better then Halogen anyway. Dump the Halogen light ASAP.

fuck...iv found a metal halide light, but the dude in d shop wont fuckin sell it to me!i cant understand exactly why..my chinese is'nt good nuff.but it should be safe to just put a plug on one yea?i not expectin electrician to come forward or nothin.but any idea's?
i hav a 3rd 2 foot flur. that ill put up untill i get what that dude in d shop is tellin me,haha.that should be ok yea?like im only growin 4 plants.
i hav some hash at last!!!so at least i can get stoned....if only for like another week or so...:(( not exactly the idea situation...i tried to ration it, but just could'nt...lol

sorry to go off topic but drugs in china interests me. SO pot is hard to find there? how is there weed? My chinese teacher at school says chinese people just really don't look at drugs like we americans do and aren't interested.

Perhaps the dots could be bugs as well? I've got a weird colorless dot on my baby right now that I assume is from a bug. Changed her room into a nasty part of the basement when it was bitten. Fluoro's with white walls will do the trick without the Halogen.

k, the drug situation in china is like this..
u can get pills(E), and this shit called k fen.the pills are shite.as far as i kno thats used as a horse tranq, but in smaller doses its kinda like coke or speed.or a bitof both.
they grow weed here, so i dunno whats the laws arelike.they eat the seeds.they grow alot of hemp, n seedy shit.but u can smoke it,but its not like u'd pay for it.i did get offered one joint here, for like 100 qi(bout 10 euro's), but said no.iv had hash posted over, no probs with that.so thats gonna be wat i hav to do for the next while, at least till i hav some plants worth smokin.
im just gonnaput a plug on an mh light myself.i dont understand why they wont do it for me in d shop tho...fuckers,.,im usin 4 2 foot flur lights at d mo.
hav 3 types of seeds, ice, northern lights and white widow.ice is an out door plant.does that mean its a slower grower?
how long should it take for a plant to be big nuff to start flowerin?

I believe that all MH and HPS fixtures can be wired for 120/208/240/277V. You just have to match up your voltage to the proper wire...wire in the common and ground (white, green).

I know the Advance brand is wired like that.

Yes you need a ballast. Since the yellowing is on the lower leaves, you may have a different problem. You should post some pics so we can look at it and what kind of ferts are you using?

whats a ballast?i bought a camera phone so i should be able to get some pic's up.have one plant doin well.im just using a fruit fert,not really too sure whats in it.but it has a good amount of nit.and if its used for fruit it cant be bad can it?im not fertilizing very much.one plant i hav is bout 3 weeks old, n iv fert that a few times.but it seems to be strong, has loads of leaves.
so iv smoked all the hash i got sent...so once again im smokless in china...
