Replying to a thread

Is it just me and my 'puter?...or does new posts go to the top of the thread, instead of the bottom; like it use to? It's a pain to scroll down after each reply...:wtf:

It's in your preferences

Go to "edit options" then scroll down to the "Thread display options" box and then the "Thread display mode" box inside that box...

Edit:...but that didn't help. This reply didn't go to the bottom...after a reply, it goes to the top of the thread instead of the bottom...like it use to..:(...I tried all options.

Edit...let me rephrase that...after a reply...I'm redirected to the the top of the thread...instead of the bottom...where my reply is...comprende?

It didn't do that until the lastest site upgrades, hit. Oh well.

I don't think it's a browser issue. it's not doing it for me either.

after posting and the page loads, the url used to show up like .......html#post1895985.
but now the # and post number isn't at the end so the page loads normal and won't skip down to show what you posted.

oh well, just one tap of the End key and you'll be there.

edit: ok after editing my post, it does load with the #post1895985 and skips down to it for me... but it didn't do that for the initial posting.. strange......

and the Show signature option was somehow deselected too after editing..... the system's AI is playing games with me lol

Indeed! The flags were very more useful, as we could know who was from each country... and i agree, the current mood is useless.

Thanks Dutch, I learned a lot from this and my End key.

The state flags came back, disappeared in the past 8 hours! Go figure! I found a link at the bottom of the Home page, contact us! I wrote yesterday to let them know I missed the feature of skrolling to see what state the flag was from. Now the flags are gone.

Now you see it and now you don't! Go figure! I think they are trying to make us think we are going bananas with our mmj! So far, with all the changes, all I can see is; we have a 'friend' section. And a lot of the other features that pre-existed are gone! Give and take, story of my life! pr;)

and now, I see flags, again!
