neem oil in flower

well all my plants turned out to be girls,, even the ones that are side by side that started out in the same pot. Can I put neem oil on the while they are starting to bud?

Neem is the shit.
I use it all the time.
Twice a day, just a light mist, keeps bugs, fungus, and the dog away.
I spray right through to the 3rd week of flowering with no detriment to the finished product.
