Not quite sure if this belongs in the "Advanced Tekniques" subsection...

When is the ideal time to harvest male plants to use for hash?

like when as in to relation of the size/maturity of the pollen sacks?

I dont have a microscope or even a strong magnifying glass. I have a magnifying glass thats probably as good at +3.0 reading glasses.

Kill your males as soon as they show sex. The amount of extractable resin in a male isn't worth the hassle, and surface structures on a male are rare, making Iso-hash the only real option... but chlorophyll is co-extracted... you'll end up with VERY green, very weak hash, at best.

So compost or save until I have surplus greens for ISO hash...

Thanks
