The Mayhem Tour - Slipknot and Disturbed

It's in Pittsburgh this Saturday and I'm going with John (of course) and our close couple friend named D and K. I'm making about 6 firecrackers for myself (It will be my first time making them but I have absolute faith in the recipe on this site). Were going to tailgate in the parking lot before the show (pizza, alcohol (not for me of course that's what the firecrackers are for) and other goodies).

It should be a fun and uber trippy time. :)

I'm just hoping 6 firecrackers will be enough to get me blasted.

Oh my god.

The tour was fantastic! And I learned about 2 new awsome bands, Mastadon and Dragonforce.

Disturbed was good too (though they sound much better on cd).

But the very best was Slipknot! Words cannot describe how fantastic the whole thing was. Check it out if you can!

Mastodon is definitely awesome, great band. I was thinking of going on one of these dates but I don't really dig the more headlining acts, namely slipknot and disturbed. Sounds like you had a good time though. :thumbsup:

Yeah Mastodon totally kicks ass, Dragonforce is alright, the vocals really bother me. I'd love to catch Slipknot live, I imagine i'd be just insane amounts of energy puring out from the stage
