Hi all,

Does anyone here have asthma and use cannabis? what has your experience been like? I have started using a vaporizer to stay healthy and wanted to know the short and long term effects on my asthma. From what I've read, it helps in preventing asthma attacks. What have you experienced?

Thanks!:hippy:

I had to quit smoking because of my asthma. I now have a nifty little vaporbros and it is great. Haven't had bronchitis since. Helps acute asthma symptoms as well!

I do wonder about the long-term effects of the micro particles we inhale over time though... parasites etc., that may not pose a danger when one is burning the erb in smoking... But scientists say vapes are much better than smoking and my body agrees!

Vape on! :rastasmoke:

I have had asthma since I was a teenager. When I was smoking cannabis and about a pack a day, I had major symptoms and went through inhalers like they were free. Having quit the sticks of death... but maintaining roughly (insert obligatory amount of bud :stoned:) per month, personally, I have very few attacks. It greatly depends on the method of consumption though. I have limited experience with vaporizers, so I am of little help. With that said, I obviously recognize that my asthma would be managed much easier if I began using a smokeless system or edibles. BUT... old habits die hard... and new equipment isn't free.

Assessing your homes allergens is also a good thing when you deal with asthma. The air inside can be far more harmful than the outdoors, depending on your particular living situation. Check this out:

Every little bit helps...
