Plant is underwater with recent storms.
I guess i picked a bad spot lol.
Should i dig up and move or hope it receeds soon?

i would cut your loses and not bother with it anymore. sorry to hear about the floods

I think its best you just leave it and pray for the best "digging up now will just stress your plant right out... But anymore then few days underwater they will rott and die off FORSURE.
Plan and prevent.
If its in a flood plain you need to think ahead and look for water marks for were the past water lines have raised and if you can raise your level "above those marks" and barrier your plants or use buckets for emergency moves during flood times Also digging large drainage ditches "flood it away" helps slow the rise in the area..

Flood plains are great areas to plant cause the soil tends to be very fertile with the floods washing in and out the soil "sticks leafs sand dirt rocks all gets mixed and washed up"
they do love water... just in moderation :(
