Flood problem

Plant is underwater with recent storms.
I guess i picked a bad spot lol.
Should i dig up and move or hope it receeds soon?

Without oxygen, roots will die off and root rot will set in.
How long have they been under? Can you make a berm 'donut' around her, and scoop-out the water?
