from that FAQ:

A: Since 1996, twelve states have legalized medical marijuana:
Arkansas, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington"

They got one wrong. It's Alaska, not Arkansas.

Anyways, the site's main goal seems to be just for selling a DVD set...?
