Looks very similar to something we have in the uk called the "envirolite" they cost £20 or around $40 It's basically a big cfl. Depending on how big you grow your plants it's good for one maybe two plants.

e2a a grow space around 18"x18" would be good for that light

that looks like at least a 200w or could even be a 250w should say.

I got four plants under a 125w envirolite then flowered with an hps and got a nice big stinking yield good luck mate.:)

Yeah here in the uk the envirolites come in 125w and 250w but i thought as the OP's first line said "FE-IIIb-105W" that the 105w related to the number of watts so they must have different wattages over there?

I've got a 125w enviro and like you i get 4 plants under it till they're ready to flower (6 at a push) but if i was gonna use one to flower i'd probably only put one under it and do a bit of LST or scrog.

Eco and envirolites are the same thing it's just branding.

good for veg poor for flower.
