A few dilution questions

When diluting.. How many times should you pee before your clean piss? I tested the meathod today on a single test strip and failed. I used my third piss and it was about 2.5 hours past starting water loading. Mabe also I should drink more water.. The measurements in the dilution sticky doesn't really seem like much water..

Any help would be awesome thanks!

Drnik about 48 ounces of gatorade 2 or 3 hours before the UA. Piss 3 or 4 times before the UA. You drink too much fluid and you'll get a negative dillute. If you've been smoking quite a lot dillution may not be enough.

that doesn't sound like very much. Just 48 ounces? That only like 2.5 bottles of Gatorade.. I would expect to have to drink at least 3 times that amount.

the last time I smoked was last night so that might be why I failed the dilution meathod. I have a box of 25 tests so I'm going to practice till I get it down.

I'm not going to smoke any more till my test which is the 29th at 6pm (6ish days away) which is for my parole officer so I hope I pass this shit or I'm screwed. I shouldn't have smoked at all but I'm sure you all know how it goes.
