test coming up need advice

I have a test coming up in about a month and need some advice.I have been smoking about a quarter a week for over 10 years.I am 5'7" 165 lbs.What would be the best way to clean myself up for this up coming test??

Start exercising now make sure you stop about a week before your test.

High fiber diet. Metamucil and exercise. Stop exercising 3 days before UA. 30 days may not be enough time. Pickup some cheap thc strips to test yourself and I would check on having some synthetic urine as backup.
