just got a bunch of seeds, there growing, help?

i jsut got a grip of seeds, planted now i have a ton of sprouts, don't really no nothing about female, male... when to harvest.... ect... there bagseeds too... help would be great

As a newbie myself all I can suggest it to read, read, and read some more. This site is jam packed with great information. Just run a search on whatever you want to know.
Even my houseplants are looking great after reading and applying the info here.
Start with the basic grow section and grow from there.

What he said. Those are extremely general and basic questions, and up to personal preference. For my soil plants, I grow them a month or two, then sex them. There are lots of ways to do this. Search preflower or presex, or just take cuttings from each, then when they are rooted put them under a 12/12 light schedule. Make sure to mark which cuttings are from which plant. For harvesting, you could veg them for several years, then flower and get a ton, or go right to flower from seed and get a little. I like to veg for at least a month, usually 2, while topping or LST or both, at least once.

Oh yeah, and once you get going, it's much more handy to keep mothers and take cuttings.
