If a plant starts to show it's pre-flowers does that mean you cannot top them any more? Or is it ok to top them?
Also, if you started a bunch of seeds at the same time and only two are developing pre-flowers, is that bad? Or does this mean they are just quick and the others are slower?
Is it a good idea to switch to 12/12 once this happens?

I don't know from experience... but it took me all of 30 seconds to find this :thumbsup:
BTW if you top, you MUST wait 3 weeks before flowering.
Normally I wouldn't just quote random posts... but she knows what's up. With her experience I think she could plant a beet seed and grow it into some chronic. :jointsmile:
I don't think the preflowers matter completely. Although any cutting will stress the plant, so doing it right matters. :hippy:
As for the different growth rates of the plants... are they assorted bag seeds? Various known strains you purchased?
You gotta throw us a bone here... to help, people need to know the facts. :jointsmile:
