So I have been a casual cannabis smoker for about 4 years, meaning a few times a month, until about 2-3 months ago when I started smoking basically twice a day. Now I have been off it for a week and my appetite has really decreased. Has anyone else experienced this when they've taken a smoking break?

I'm a multiple times a day smoker, and when I stop cold turkey I find that my appetite drops off also, for about 3 or 4 days.

Guess I never noticed that. Probably cause I'm usually always snacking when I smoke. So when I'm sober I just consider it normal. I eat breakfast lunch and once at night usually when sober. I'm guessing you mean that you eat even less then that or not at all during a single day being sober.

Yea, whenever I stop after heavily smoking for a while I always lose my appetite for a couple days up to a week...

I think food is actually not that great when im sober. Munchies are starting to go away. Im def building my tolerance. I was hoping if that happened id want to eat more when im sober. But no... Hmm i guess muchies are the best. Sometimes its the only way to eat

That's completely normal for me, I eat hardly anything the day after I smoke cuz i've eaten so much. I eat less now than I did before I started smoking because for whatever reason I'm less hungry when I'm not high... weird, but it's a benefit for me so I'll take it.

Oh and i don't smoke very often

Yeah that happened to me when i took a break from smoking at least twice a day for 3 years to not smoking at all a few weeks ago. After I quit smoking, I didn't really eat at all and because of this i started to feel kinda sick, but i guess i was just past the point of being hungry because everything I could think of eating wasn't appetizing at all. I just didn't want to eat.
