Anxious about a test

Just over two weeks ago, was at a party and imbibed of a bit of chronic. Literally, only a few puffs. It was the first time I had touched any all year. A job opportunity arose and this past Friday, had to tinkle in a cup. I'm your typical average male that is relatively active. Should I have cause for worry, after 13 days?
