If you smoke x amount of weed all at once, or when you smoke x amount of weed into smaller portions and finish it over time?

smaller portions...over time...most casual smokers tend to smoke a lot more than they need...am I still high? I know you have asked yourself that...Most of the time I pack one hitters till medicated...save SOO much meds, and higher longer....IMHO

It's a balance you must find for yourself.
Smoke only what you need, but don't be afraid to smoke the end of the bag either.
Smoke what you need until it's gone, then get more.

For me I found that Smoking a lot at once gets me higher......but the pain comes back around the same amount of time.....between 3-4 hours after smokin.So I keep my burns small but frequent.

I don't know exactly because when i'm high high my perception of time is completely thrown out the door.

Edibles will give you a long lasting high. Using edibles in a small dose as a background before you smoke will also increase the duration of yoru high. This is especially useful to people who depend on cannabis for insomnia or for overnight pain relief.

To further elaborate on this, as I accidentally discovered this method myself.

I'll take an edible and right as I feel the initial effects of it (usually comes across as some form of tingling.) I'll load a bowl and vaporize. The high is pretty incredible, but I contribute a SIGNIFIGANT portion of this to Stinky and butter washing (water solubility filtration) that she has posted on these boards. That method in itself, in my opinion, makes stronger butter.

Also I try to only use what I need. I load a bowl big enough for 1 bag for my volcano, and then I take big huge hits, hold them, exhale and try to finish the bag as fast as i can. I find that this just sends me soaring.

Your high will last longer if you are in a warm or hot room. It worked for me. I had a blunt of some purp and stayed high for two and half hours. :rasta:

Don't eat. Muchies are delish... but hold back.
I also stay higher if i smoke blunts... but thats just me

smoke some hashish. also i hear that not eating for a good 5-6 days will make your high really strange--even if you haven't been smoking marijuana. i only recommend that if you are trying to become like jesus:cool:

For me, I hold back on the munchies as long as I can. Food and drink taste delicious, but I notice it completely kills my mental high. Stick with water for a while to keep cotton mouth away, but other than that stay away from munching out.

I dont think Ill ever quit eatin munchies lol its even more addicting to eat when high than smokin weed itself for me. Even if I eat tons of food before I smoke, right when I begin to smoke Ill feel like I havent eaten for hours

I like to do a little of both and take long deep drags and hold it in for a while then blow it out slowly and just take my time with the bowl i find this gets me blazed every time. Also i like to have a good meal before toking so when the munchies strike im not that hungry and i can go awhile without eating and bringing my high down.

I've noticed that if I smoke a little through out the day, then I stay way higher rather than if I smoked the same amount all together in the morning or something to that nature, but since i'm smoking a little each time and basically staying high all day, I notice myself getting really tired way earlier during the day. Like today for example, I didn't do anything but sit in front of the computer/tv/basically being really lazy and im already pretty grogish just from sleeping all day. By the way, thats not my normal routine lol. I'm still trying to find a job and just waiting to hear back from two of them now so I don't really have much else going. Also I'm not sure if the whole munchies thing really affects my head high too much. I'm about to test out the hot shower thing now. I use to smoke blunts in the tub and that would get me fucking blazed but i wasn't smoking that much then. Right now im about to take a hot shower and then blaze the same amount i have been during the rest of the day and not eat anything this time and see if i notice any increase in highness. :jointsmile:

Definitely spread it out over time. Like cygnustaxt said, I get really tired over the day though when I do this. I smoked a bowl this morning followed by a joint in the afternoon. By 6 pm I was so damn tired and eventually passed out for an hour or so. I just drank some coffee and now I'm good to go. It's getting later so it's about time I smoke another bowl.

I dont know. It just depends on preference and the person.

Sober up for a day then smoke a whole joint of good bud at the end. The more sobered up you are, the better the high when you smoke.

Lately I have been experimenting a bit with administration methods.
The most effective for me seems to be a oatmeal raisin canna-muffin for breakfast and small hits every so often during the day.
If I am out of canna-food I start my day with a joint or a half dozen or so bong hits.

It has been very important for me to start off with an initial large dose for some reason. If I do not I am much more likely to lose consciousness (have an epileptic grand-mal seizure).
