hello to everyone out there! I'm a mmj pt. from ri and have a very rare nerve condition in my chest. Before the law was passed to legalize marijuana, my doc's had me taking 4 mg of dilaudid every 4 hours for 10 freakin months! I finally couldn't take taking the pills anymore and started smoking. I got a license and now all i need to do is smoke some good bud and my nerve pain dissappears and i have no need to take ANY narcotics at all now. they say pot is a drug and i say fuck that! when you're pumped full of pills that cause damage to your liver, won't allow you to drive, cause you to lose or not remember things that happened while you are on them, that's a fuckin drug. you can't od on pot, you just fall asleep. the doc's have over dosed me 6 freakin times while in the hospital and i've had to have narcan to bring me back to life! that doesn't happen now that i'm smokin. i'm more alert, able to spend time with my girl, able to drive, basically able to live again. that's the short end of my story.
peace
