I am growing indoors, i have 5 clones from the last batch, in FFOF, using FF grow big nutes. I am using tap water that is ph to 6.5 going in but i have not tested the runoff, its a cheap color based kit and the runoff is not exactly clear so i didnt think i would get good results. The plants are about 5 weeks old, i am using 1/2 strength grow big on them once every 3rd watering. they have been under 6 23 watt 65k cfl sitting about 2 inches above them with the lights on 24 hours. temps are at 79 to 82, RH is 30%. i just transplanted them yesterday, hopefuly they show signs of improvement soon. this was my first cloning attempt.

They look like they were overferted and the soil had been going sour. I expect that they will improve since the transplant.

To check the runoff using a liquid kit, simply let the suspended solids settle out of solution, and then take your sample. This will take only a half hour or so or sitting out.
