The Volcano is only the best bag filler. It can't really be compared to whip vapes IMO-apples and oranges. And only the Volcano Digit could be said to be the most expensive. The XL version of the Herborizer would run you $628 delivered to the U.S.

As for the Vapir One, it's the cheapest way to get both direct draw and bag fill in one unit, but it's not likely to hold up through years of use. It's had a history of poor reliability and the 90 day warranty won't help much. The fan is noisy, efficiency isn't the best, and the shell is plastic.

If you want bag use and don't have another $100, you don't have much choice. If you do have the extra $, you can't go wrong with the herbalAire. I've been using mine for a couple of years and the customer svc. is great. The Extreme will cost even more, and hasn't been around that long, but the whip use with that one is a little more satisfying.

Whip only is the best deal. You get very good reliability and performance for under $200.

If you want to consider whip only the best option <$200 IMO is the Da Buddha. All things considered-performance, reliability, and safety-the Silver Surfer's younger brother can't be beat unless you go for the SSV itself.

I have a vapor brothers classic model and for the $115 it cost me on ebay, it's so worth it. It's almost 3 years old and still heats up great and doesnt have any issues. It also gets me retarded.

I would love a Volcano also, but I think it's vastly overpriced.
