View Full Version : Respect Life

I have far too much respect for all of life. Than to just think we came from a magical "big-bang". From nothing. Hmm, something can't come from nothing. That is logic. People question where God came from. God is the alpha & omega. He is not held captive in this fabric/dimension of time we reside in. He see's no Beginning nor End. Our fabric of "time" is represented by the laws & physics of this dimension. Which God framed together. Not scientists. Oh by the way. Religions are man made. Bad representations of God. People mistake church for religion. God calls for man to form a church (group of people seeking his truth). Not form cult like religions. Jesus Christ was not sent to earth to start a religion (Christianity). He was sent here to save God's people (not "christians") and to teach God's word. Not to change it.The word was sent to earth in the form of Jesus Christ as the messiah(messenger). Stay away from the institutions men of this time establish. Give glory to God only. For he put all seed bearing herbs and plants here for us. As well as it is not up to man to eradicate certain plants that GOD made in purpose for this earth. How do you think this universe has sustained life on earth so well without the hand of man? It was designed and created for life thru the hands of God. Don't become zombies to the ways of this society. Support cannabis. Rise above the ignorance.

Sorry man but I have to say :
I like being a top predator.
I love meat.
If I kill it then I eat it.
I never kill for sport or fun.
I don't wish to upset anyone but I have no time for religion of any description.
I don't have a problem with killing shit I'm just a little sad that we aren't allowed to kill more humans. :D

two things id like to say to that cat,
1, somethings will never change lmao
2, being a predator is human nature in its rawest form as was intended in the beggining before any form of religious shit was made up, its how people survive. so u could say your primative lol but at least youd still be surviving if anarchy accured, if it should happen what good would religion be to anyone?

Humans are predators by tradition, not necessarily instinct.
Before meat, we ate pot.
we ate herbs of all sorts.
Herbs: the meat of the vegetable world.

As it turns out, life is one of the least sacred things on this Earth. Life means absolutely nothing. I'm a firm believer that those with the strength and the ability can give and take life at will, without fear of retribution from a power higher than the laws of man. All creatures (except for autotrophs) kill in order to survive. Life means nothing. If God really wanted life to be sacred, he wouldn't have made so damn much of it and then force us to eat it.
Its kinda like Adam and Eve and the apple. "Don't eat the apple from this tree, because I said so. No, I don't have any logic or particular reason for you other than I said so."
"All life is sacred, cherish it. Now, if you want to survive, you better stab that buffalo or pull down that coconut and crack it open, 'cause I'm sure as shit not gonna help you."
Actually, I think George Carlin put it best when talking about the religious right and conservatives, etc. He said, basically, "Life is sacred allllllll the way up until the time you're born. Then we couldn't give two shits what happens to you. Until you're of military age anyway."
Just my two cents.

too true there is no religion that will keep you alive or fed. The fight for survival is upon each of us alone!

religion is nothing, faith in the self as (a part of) the whole (i.e. god) is the source of power in this world.
The infinity complex. everything is uniquely finite and infinite simultaneously.
Tapping that is equally possible as it is impossible.
truly, yo udo not use infinity, it uses you; you jsut sit by and live life and enjoy the ride until infinity is done using whatever it is you have to offer to the WHOLE.
throw all caution to the wind and LIVE.

For all you who disregard the sacredness of life: for understand how life is sacred, just ask someone to hold your mouth and nose closed, not allowing you to breathe. After one minute or so, you will understand how sacred life is...
After one minute or so, you will understand how sacred life is...
...or at least how desperately you are clinging on to it...

IMO that only really shows how easy it is for physical life to be ended, i personally dont think that makes it sacred, but maybe thats just me.

True that. If life was sacred, it should be a wee bit harder to take away. The ease with which it can be started and ended makes it pretty generic, like Stop N' Shop brand cereal. I mean think about it; we share life with trillions upon trillions of other beings on this earth alone (not counting germs and other one-celled organisms, that'd be a number we haven't even made, let alone be able to fathom), there's no way life is sacred to all of them. Especially all the bugs and spiders I annihilate indiscriminately just because I don't like the way they look or move.
I mean sure, life is sacred to ME because it's the only one I got, there ain't so reset button or second chances. So I suppose in a way life is sacred, just on a much smaller, more personal level.

Thats exactly what i meant. I dont think about sacredness in some metaphysical or phylosophical level, but in a very practical level. If you have something that you would do anything to avoid losing, then this thing can be considered sacred for you. (Much like my stash is sacred for me...)

I didn't used to have any respect for germs or microbial little pieces of nothing, but then after taking antibiotics for most of my life I've now got intestinal problems what may never go away. Now I have great respect for the little guys. The bad ones allow our immune systems to develop ways to fight them naturally. The good ones help break down crap that our body needs to process or expel.
But at the same time I use soap and antibacterial cleaning products.
first step to sanity: accept the fact that you're a hypocrite (or admit you're a sinner lol)... I am a hypocrite.
second step to sanity: don't let it bother you. I don't care which forms of life die as a direct/indirect result of my actions as long as the natural order of things is kept balanced (no significant impact to me or others or nature).
So it seems I don't respect life at all.... nor do I respect death. It's not my prerogative to judge any life as being sacred, or to say that the imposed death of any living thing is wrong. Sanctity of life should not even be defined by a creator, because no such entity deserves to judge another.
to sum it up: I only respect harmonious free will.

I'm sure you're familiar with the saying "There's a million ways to die"!
Humans are frail little critters and if you break the wrong bits then it's end of story , I've broken lots of bits in my life and if it wasn't illegal to kill humans I'm pretty sure I would've broken a lot of them permanently by now. ;)

I have this mutt dog at my house mom calls it Zoe. Me and my brother call it ratfucker or skunkface. Basically this dog is a little bitch and as a farmer I should kill it. But everytime this little dog is in the sights or the 22 or the AK it stops, tilts it head, and looks at me. So its still alive. I don't think theres anything sacred about this dog but it knows what a gun is and plainly says please don't kill me.
Now if a rapist, murderer, or oppressor wandered into my sights on my land I know myself and I know I'd have no problem pulling the trigger.
So
I have no respect for life and total respect for innocence.

I hate
Killing for sport
Killing for fun (unless it's humans :D )
I agree with
The death penalty (long overdue it's return in the UK)
Killing to protect myself or others
Killing for food.
I also believe there is a place in modern society for "cleaners".

If I could just go and train to be a sniper for SWAT or military, I totally would... only if it meant I could skip ALL other required training.
They need loyal people (handsomely paid) that can turn their conscience on and off like a lightswitch. :sigh: another wasted talent of mine...
