this plant has been like this since day 1..some leafs grow normal and some go retarted

Yikes.
One of a few things:
-Virus
-Physical (including environmental) damage while that part of the plant was developing, leading to screwy DNA/ RNA replication and subsequent mutation
-Mutation from some unknown source

It's still okay to smoke; you won't turn into Aquaman (sorry :( )
Plants look very happy overall.

thanks stinky..this has been my strongest plant with the biggest buds it dont seem to be botherd by the leafs.so if its happy i am happy

Just FYI- it is time to start cutting back on your nutes in preparation for harvest. There is evidence on that plant in the middle pic that you have been running pretty 'hot' in terms of nute strength, so cut way back as soon as you see those first trichs clouding up. And NO more nitrogen if you are still giving any.

thay have been on budswell 0/7/0 and i did have an over fert prob but i have fulshed and quit feeding two days ago.and i gotta go buy me a microscope.i cant seem to find my other one...thanks for the info MJ Girl;)
