Not untill they are two weeks old or better. Then 1/4 nutes.
PH water is all they need. WW is a good choice. Good luck. Let us know how they go and take some pic's. We all like to see and help with a grow.
You can check out mine. Do a search on loc nar. Some of it is funny but good grows. Can't wait to get back to it. till then I can help.

Nope dude, they don't need ANYTHING. The seedling has enough food to last her a week. Don't add anything but plain water. After that there are special root inducing nutes you can spray on, etc...

ya man definitely not superthrive for a while. i dont like that shit too much because it always gives my plants a little nute burn on the tips. my seedlings are about a week old and i just spray them with ph'd water 5 or 6 times a day. soon their roots will be touching the water (DWC set up) so i wont have to water anymore. im gonna wait a good 3 weeks before i add any nutes at all. oh and rockwool sucks. you should get some coconut fiber plugs or something that doesnt hold as much water. ph fluctuation is more of a problem with rockwool. hope that helps
