Are organic buds better?

Organics supposedly taste better and does not leave a 'fertilzer taste' but iIve seen chemists argue on other forums that they don't even flush because they trust their chem ferts. They were saying how chem ferts work better in yields.

I kinda wanted to call BS but it wasn't my place since I have no solid data supporting either side. But I use organic ferts because of the off chance of having leftovers in the product that would make it even more unhealthy.

Anyone have any good scientific data supporting either side?

Without a doubt organic everything tastes better, looks better, and is a lot healthier.

As for herb it is smoother, more fragrant, much brighter, vibrant, colorful, and extremely beautiful.

It also buffs up the genetics if you want to make seeds or hybrids and gets better with age like an heirloom.

smoother, more fragrant smoke. Not to mention that everything in this world is intricately connected, and adding Chemicals to the equation in the air, soil, or bodies of water, is dangerous to all life forms. I dont presume to know the intricacies of it all, just that they do exist...

Just like with anything else, it's all how you look at it. Kinda like asking which is better...hydro or soil. Cured or un-cured, bending or topping...
It all depends what you are looking for in your smoke. I much prefer smoking cannabis grown in soil. Tastes better, smells better. (never grown hydro so not sure about yields, but have smoked both) But this is my own opinion, and likely the hydro guys-n-gals would have a different opinion.

Frankly, I don't really give much of a shit what I use for ferts, chemical or organic, as long as they work and I can't taste 'em when smoking it. A good pre-harvest flush and curing usually works fine.

Having said all that, I have no plans of changing my Fox Farms nutes, or my Dr. Q's Filthy Rich potting soil any time soon, but I do use Miracle Grow All Purpose on 'em in emergencies. Can tell no significant difference. (once you get the hang of using it)

It's all in how you handle the tools you are given. Organics are very much an art; chem ferts, a science. Consider your approach. Would you rather follow a cookbook or add a bit of this and a bit of that? Remember, running organics requires a truly dedicated approach to learning about their applications. And running chems requires constant monitoring that the plant is neither over nor under fed, and of course flushing.

I like to use a combination. Some substances are very easily applied via basic chem ferts, while others seem well suited for organic sources.

Educate yourself on all the options, and choose one that suits your grow style. I'd recommend starting with a simple chem or organic-based liquid fert system to start, unless you have experience gardening already.

I grow with science...with a pinch of voodoo.

But, my mother taught me how to grow...growed her own food during the "Great Depression"...when growing something...meant ....."failure is not an option".

But yeah all around organic is better. Little to no hazardous waste from manufacturing or using them. Ultimately you need to ask yourself the question do you want to consume organic material or synthetic man made material. Because you are what you eat and what you eat is whatever it eats. :p

You ever had organic citrus fruit? It's all spotty and pockmarked because of the lack of insecticide. But I don't doubt that it's better for you.

Organic growing is typically more forgiving. Because the fertilizer is less concentrated, there's less of a chance of it burning your plants. But chemical fertilizer is nice because you can change the nutrients your plant is getting quickly and easily if you notice a deficiency.

I have always grown organic...and soil....IMHO, and countless others, Organic will give you better tasting nug. It even "supposedly" makes the high better, or more true at least. Chem will definitely give you a higher yield as hydro will over soil...So decide your preference....yield or taste/high....again, just MHO
organic is much more natural...how many hydro growers do you know that flush enough and let their crops yellow? mostly you see em pumping nutes till the end...another reason most dro tastes chemmy, they dont let the plant naturally "die" I always flush for a few weeks, and let most of the fan leaves yellow off....greatly increases flavor...I..M..H..O....

With no proof, it'll continue to be personally subjective. With regards to a 'better' high...I'm skeptical, but not willing to argue your results from your grow. However, I do what I do because it works well.

105 outside today, over 90 in my HPS shed at this moment. (almost noon) This is generally the case till around late September or so.
In my harsh growing conditions, (outdoor shed, southwest desert) not too sure my crop would be as fruitful without the flexibility and quick response gained by using a semi-organic regimin.
