Alright... I need some opinions...I decided to buy some leaf decals off the bay, well after I won and paid for them, the next day I got something saying the listing was deleted by ebay! well, I emailed the seller and I pretty much got a "huh?" well after various emails finally they wanted my address to fulfill the order, and well.... that was a week and a half ago and nothing. And now I don't even get replies to emails sent.
But here's the deal, I did use paypal to pay for them with my cc, is it a good idea to file a dispute? due to what I bought and all? I'm skeptical..but I don't want that ******* getting my money for nothing...

I think the post office workers are all on vacation or something, because U.S. mail has been really slow lately. I ordered some very small ziplock bags from an ebay seller on the West Coast, about a week ago. They were sent immediatly, according to the package tracking. The package was delivered to my local post office today, and I should get it tomorrow.

If you don't get it by next week, I'd advise disputing the charge.

Well it was like 18 bucks, which isn't a ton but it's still my hard earned $$, so i'll be damned. But my concern is what I bought, payp might look at that and wonder...

I wouldn't worry about what paypal thinks, I would file the dispute because the seller is not responding to your inquiries. There is nothing wrong with the product you paid for.

Does the seller you bought it from have a lot of feedback? If they are new to selling paypal will usually hold their funds in the account until you leave positive feedback, they get receipt of delivery, or two weeks elapse.

If they aren't a new seller I would still file a formal complaint with both ebay and paypal.

Paypal does pretty good on these disputes but its slow. I've disputed twice and got my money back.

This seller has 100's of feedback so he's been doing it a while. and I paid for this on june 23rd, so I think I've given enough time.
And what's crazy is I can't leave feedback anymore because everything dissapeared.
oh well, i'm going to do it. thanks everyone

They don't care what you buy unless it's like child porn or something.

If you don't receive the goods, file a dispute. Not a big deal. They'll give your money back if they can't make the seller comply.

i think the seller gets charged an extra 20 bucks when you win the dispute so they should be more accomodating

It's just some leaf decals. Stop being so paranoid and dispute it.

Why would you even bother making a thread? You spent money, didn't get the product, seller is denying the transaction; file a claim! If the seller is still ignoring you, tell PayPal your story and they'll take his money.

Good luck!

I would definitely dispute, and you shouldn't be skeptical as to whether or not to bring it up because of what you bought...It's not illegal to have a sticker of a pot leaf. Well at least I don't think it is..that would be ridiculous.
