ok here goes... if you all are familiar with ''mr green'' i have his exact set up. drip hydro for veg with 4 foot flouros and ebb and flow for flower with a 600 hps. i want to get away from the ebb and flow and maybe go dwc but i dont really want buckets i think i need something that will hold 8 plants in a single dwc typ system. which brings up another question. my 600 is in a room about 3x4 and have always done 4 plants in it... can i do 8 in there? is the 600 enough for 8? and is there someplace that you can give me a link to for instructions on building that typ of dwc system. also the dwc will increase yeild correct? sry for the question but my old pal lothar from overgrow used to help me out with this stuff but oergrow is no more so here i am...thx

Yes DWC will greatly increase the yeild production and shorten ur time a little not much though and about ur space umm i have a 5x8 room with 60 plants under 1 1000w hps so ya i think you will be fine with wall to wall plants if you wanted and about the multi system u can go to walmart or a 99c mart and pick up those plastic storage bins and pick urself up some net pots or make ur own and cut holes in the top of the bins and set ur net pot in it i would suggest u get some black spraypaint if you use the bins and paint the whole outside so no like shines through but you dont want the plants to close the get huge yep something like this!!!! but to be honest with you i personaly like the buckets so i can control them one by one!!!! but good luck!!!!!:thumbsup::rastasmoke:

You could do up to nine plants DWC under a 600. But remember that doing more plants does not mean more yield really (depends, but that is a more advanced topic). 4 would probably yield you the same results. If you were to do 9 you would veg less if you did 4 you would veg more.
You can do DWC in your ebb and flow tray even. You buy a lid and drill holes the size of net pots in the lid and place your plants inside with hydroton. So you don't NEED to do it in buckets, that's your call. Buckets may make it a little more efficient use of nutrients and dissolved oxygen, that's all.
Good luck, ask more questions as they come.

Wicked PITA to maintain o2 sat in a container that shallow using airstones- ya pretty much gotta use a tower if yer gonna use that shape.
Theoretically possible, practically a clusterf*ck.
Just sayin'.

There is really almost no limit in flood. Some people just clone root and flower. NO Veg. Others veg for a few weeks and then put 16, 32 etc.. That makes the BEST use of the light, its called Sea of Green. Eventually you cull the weeker ones, so not all of them go to harvest.
