Got the heads up about a drug test i had to take for pre-employment. I smoke every day and have been for a while so i knew detox would be iffy and i was given short notice so didnt have a full 48 hours to take a break from smoking to detox.

got my brother to meet me in the parking lot next to the place and pee into a tiny shampoo bottle. 3oz from walmart. I was wearing 2 pairs of boxers and i tucked it under the balls and walked it. filled out a form and tried not to freak out in the lobby while also keeping it warm. Waited 15 minutes and than was talked to a bathroom. Dumped it in immediately and walked out.

now i just realized my brother takes aderoll for ADHD. He took one that day, probably 10mg. Im pretty nervous what to say if it comes up. I may say my therapist gave me a sample to treat test anxiety, but i hope i dont have to retake the test.

He probably takes it regularly so there is a good chance he has some in his system.

You need to pray that they don't find it because that is usually part of any basic or expanded drug test.

Saying you have a sample or script isn't enough. The Medical Review Officer will have to verify this.

says here that sudafed will trigger a false positive. Cant i say that i take a lot of sudafed that day?

Information you find about false positives on the net is quite inaccurate. At one point there were false positives when it came to drug testing but that was years ago. They have refined immunoassay and use GC/MS, which is near perfect, to confirm non negative immunoassay results.

You could say that but chances are the MRO will laugh at you and fail you.

so i have to be prescribed adderall, some how, in order to get out of this if it comes up on the test.

This why most of us advocate synthetic urine. No way to be sure your donor is clean.

Alrighty so i Passed

my substituted urine's donor has taken 10 mg adderoll for the past couple of weeks and for whatever reason it didnt read on that sample.

thank god.

but honestly i picked up QF4.0 and i suggest to others to just use that. its 25$, about 30 on amazon right now with shipping, and it will get to you in like 3 business days(i ordered mine on sunday and got it wed. morning). save yourself the anxiety of worrying about dilution or using real urine for substitution because QF is clean 100%

Hi,

Just to note: I take Wellbutrin for ADD, which more-or-less is an anti-depressant like adderoll.

I specifically asked the MRO about needing the Rx info for that and he told me they don't test for anti-depressants AT ALL.

And, unfortunately, this guy does the whole shebang - GC/MS and all that good stuff.

So, just a bit of knowledge for those taking their friends' anti-depressants. ;)

adderrall isnt an anti depresent, its an amphetamine and they test for that because amphetamine is like speed

Be that as it may, they still don't test for anti-depressants. I guess being halfway-right is always better than being totally wrong.
