It is a daylight reptile bulb, 100 watt, and I have two of tehm. I am currently doing a Scrog with 1 plant, here is the bulb:

I would say no, if it is being used for heat I would assume it is an incandescent and they are about 1 notch above a candle........get a couple cf l's to start, then read up on the different lights that work for flowering and if your budget allows, get one, if not get a few more cfl's.....good luck!

They call that a full spectrum daylight bulb, and there is no such thing. Look for 2500-3000K for budding and 5700-6500K for vegging. Kelvin is the only non subjective way to classify color of light. If it's not on the package or bulb, contact the mfg.
