I REALLY NEED HELP!!!!!SOIL problem

I just got my seed to sprout and i think it is ready to move into a pot but don't know what type of soil to use and im worried that if i leave it in the napkin for any longer that it will die so i really need some ones help ASAP do i just use top soil or is there a specific kind of soil that i should use cause i read on a thread that at such a young stage i shouldn't use fertilizer cause the plant wont be able to handle it so if any one can help it would be great :weedpoke:

Seedling starter mix. No fertilizer, just fine light soil. ProMix is one type. Use a SMALL cup with drain holes to start. A 8oz styrofoam coffee cup with some holes punched in the bottom and sides is fine.
