So I just bought me some of this FoxFarm stuff everybody is ravin about.

I got a bag of the OceanForest potting soil, and a 32oz bottle of the TigerBloom. I also picked up some of this stuff called MonsterBloom.... Essentialy the same thing as BeastieBloomz.

I have already had the plants veging for 6 weeks and I repotted yesterday with the OceanForest. I gave it a dose of the MonsterBloom, and planned on watering with the TigerBloom next time around. I am starting flower 2marrow.

Any advice, Input and Knowledge are very welcome and apprecieated.

Thnx,

Pic#1 Just looks like its in a Hydro setup. Its not. I just used the hydroton from my last grow to help keep the top soil moist and help regulate temps a little better. It actually works. It also helps to promote surface root growth.

Pic#2 Is also in soil I just didnt transplant her into a different pot. She hasnt really shown me her sex yet. As you can tell Im hoping for a girl.

Anyway, they are 2 different strains obviously. Just some decent bag seed. Pic#2 looks more like a palm tree then a pot plant. I thought they looked a lil skinny too, I was wodering about that. Its my first soil grow so i just figured it was a lil slower. I used Jiffy peats to start em, never cut the netting off before i repotted. Do you think that ws my problem? And the nutes what about those are they a good combo?

Cool.
Try slicing the net up a little next time. The roots DO grow through it; however, the net will slow them down. I've tested this and there is a picture somewhere on these boards of my side-by-side rootball comparison. Good luck finding it... you got 15k posts to sift through... good luck! :D
You should be fine with your nutes if you go about it carefully; start a little weak and work up. Palm tree no problem. There is a school of pruning that aims for a bare trunk and dense canopy. Google 'pistilwipt pruning' or 'pistilwhipt pruning'.

hey stinky!,

I dont see any pics, maybe you gotta be a member? But it sounds like what i accidently started to do. Eh... either way we'll see how she turns out.

Why do yo think my stocks are so skinny? Think it was the Jiffy Peats?
:wtf:
