I have a very good friend who austistic. He smokes bud, incredibly smart, not necessarily the most socially adapt guy, but it doesn't effect his life, he just has a more serious problem with alcohol.

Well I understand what you guys are saying, It makes sense, I prolly should have thought over exactly what I said. My main point though was that I'm sick of all the kids I see around me that do ABSOLUTELY nothing accept find a new way to get high. Now I have no problem with getting high at all, I enjoy it like you guys. I just don't think a lot of these kids know how to handle it they need to get on with their lives and lead a productive life. I basically just pulled the "120" figure out of my ass... I have no idea what my IQ is as I've never taken an IQ test. I really didn't expressed my point in the right way I guess. My point is that I'm just sick of everytime I turn around I see some kid sitting in a corner with a pack of cigs and a bag of weed skipping school. Those are the kids that give Cannabis a bad name.

If drugs were legal schools should be teaching harm reduction and responsibility much the way they teach sex education. Drugs would also be a hell of a lot harder for kids to get, drug dealers don't check ID.

what about if the person had 119? or what if the 140 couldn't control himself while using the drugs and went insane? you know some of the people with the highest iq's are also often the most insane....albert einstien was insane.... you can't tell how a person is going to act while intoxicated or having foreign chemicals in their body because of their iq. even someone with a 100 iq could still use drugs and pass with straight A's. chemicals and medications will effect each and every person in their own paticular way...the results may be all most the same but it is very rare that the same dose does the exact same thing to a person.... so how would we benifit from only people with high iq being able to use it?

Did it ever occur to you that some people simply aren't good at academics?

However, I don't dress, look, nor portray myself as a stoner in public. It's something I keep to my private life, and only friends and family know about.
