New York Grow with Heavy Indica background

Hey all, I've been growing a plant in a small CFL box for about 5 weeks from hydro bag seed. A week ago I planted this plant outside and today is the first day of the second flowering week (not sure if flowering has really started because of the 15/9 light cycle outside). The plant seems to be growing very nicely since we brought it out but there seems to be a very minor pest problems. I appreciate thoughts and opinions.
