Though Weedhound hates em, I've been pleased with Marijuana Seeds (cannabis, pot) shipped worldwide (http://www.kindseed.com), and they're one of the few places that will ship to the states. A little expensive perhaps, but huge selection and great service.

Hemp Depot--Kinda expensive, no breeders packs but they have Joey weed strains

Legend Seeds- Again expensive

My faves:

Planet Skunk--good pricing, sends in breeders packs, cheap shipping charge

Rhino Seeds--good pricing, sends in breeders packs, shipping not so cheap
