Anyone else excited about Blizzards announcment for Diablo 3?

I remember after beating Diablo 2 I wanted a Diablo 3 and fellow friends and gamers told me then that there could never be one as the storyline in D2 closed the book on Diablo...

Well those people must be eating crow now. I'm very thrilled with this news, though it's going to be a couple years before we actually see the game no doubt. I kinda wish they would've waited till a few months before release to announce it. Now it will be driving me crazy.

I also would like to pray for a console version of the game. I know it's unlikely but I'd rather play it on my 360 in a stable format than have to worry about my PC being able to handle it.

yeah, that looks really freakin sweet. I hope it comes out for 360, I know my computer won't be able to run it since it barely runs any of the latest games.

yeah it will probably be a good 2 years before it comes out, but it looks amazing and in 2 years it will be even more amazing

Hell fuckin yea!! I remember I was addicted to Diablo 2 back in the day.. I would play it for like 12 hours in a row with a dial up connection. And a 30 ft RJ-11 cord going from upstairs to downstairs. And best believe no calls would come in lol, till my dad fixed that. Then Id get booted off :(

haha yeah I was worried they would never do one, but I heard about it the other day and was psyched.. I wont get a computer for Warcrack, and thats nothing against the game, but Ill damn sure get one for Diablo3.

Yea Diablo 3 looks badass, graphics are cool, kinda cartoony, but real looking. the destructible environment looks pretty cool being able to like crush a bridge ontop of a buncha demons. Said early, i wish they didnt announce it now, i'm assuming Diablo 3 is comming out in 2010-2011; long ass wait :(

Yeah man, this game is going to be great. Diablo 2 was an awesome stoner game where the hours would fly by so fast. Check out this gameplay footage.

I was hopelessly addicted to D2. Still have a few accounts on battle.net, actually. But damn, I can't afford to get hooked on that stuff again! Games like this eat up every bit of my free time online, and even some of the time that I'm supposed to be working...

I used to beta test for them.... it will be 3 years (up to 5) before this comes if blizzard hasn't changed.

but yes .. I am looking forward to this game. I am playing Diablo II - Lord of Destruction again right now....

it's fun.

still love WoW and ragnarok and battlefield 2 ... etc etc...
