Really green dragon

For my latest batch, I put 2 tbsp (3g) dried peppermint & 1/2 tsp (2.5 g) cracked cardamom seeds (not pods) in 5 oz (150 ml) 151 Everclear, let it sit for 2 hours, strained it, & made my Green Dragon with it.

Big, big improvement in taste, & the color is very cool. The alc picked up a light green tinge from the dried peppermint, then instantly turned a deep bright green when I added the mj.

wow, I have cilantro, two kinds of mint and good trim. Everclear and I'm done! (well, as soon as the cardamon ripens)

Ah yes, we all know the frustration of waiting for the cardamom harvest...;)

Don't know about the cilantro, though.
