spider mites

if I got just a few leaves ate up by spider mites "that I have already killed" Should I cut them leaves off or should I just let them do there thing?

And yes I have alredy seached the site for this info

Just let them do their thing. If you have some Bang! or SMC leaf shine, you can lightly mist your plants to help prevent moisture loss from the munch holes, but once the bugs are dead, it's not a big deal.
