Newbie with cooling

Hey all, I need some help with cooling with an inline fan, i have a 250 watt hps, so how much cfm do i have to move to be in the green ?

You want a Charcoal filter also?

W/ a 250 just go grab a 4" in line W/ a Charcoal can you will be fine
