seeds???

I am about to embark on my first indoor/ first ever grow and was wondering where I can get good seeds. Can they be mailed to me? I live in Massachusetts. Also is there a way to get only female seeds? I'm using a DIY grow closet and will only be growing one plant at a time and don't want to have to wait to figure out the sex if i don't have to. Also any ideas on a particular strain........ The grow closet is 70" H x 28"W x 20"D. I'm guessing and indica strain but what strain in particular is best for beginners. This will be my first grow and I want to keep it fairly simple.......... bud now, killer bud later. :rastasmoke: As soon as I get some seeds I can start and I'll make sure to keep a detailed grow log w pics. You can order them online for a reasonable price. Check seedboutique, which I've had luck with multiple times in the past (also a Masshole ;) )
Yes, feminized seeds do exist but cost more and you need to watch out for hermaphrodites extra carefully with fem seeds, just as you do with dank bagseeds, which are often 'feminized' because of a stray hermaphrodite in the cashcropper's garden that produced pollen with no Y chromosome.

What would you say would be the best beginner seed then? Am I correct in thinking I would have to grow for about 30 days before I would know the sex??

Yes, 4-6 weeks is about right.
I like Pure Power Plant, Hindu Kush, Hashberry, Northern Lights, Papaya, and Skunk#1 as easy beginner strains.
