Too early to tell sex. They look perfect in terms of how much light you are giving them, but I see early signs of micronute deficiency. You will be ready to transplant into slightly larger pots very soon, and to start feeding a WEAK solution of a complete grow fert.
Unless that soil is pre-fertilized, in which case wait even longer to feed, but transplant next week anyway. There are sings of tip burn...

Lookin aight..You should really transplant as soon as that soil dries out. That is why you have those funky looking leaves in the first to pics.:( Other than that you should be good

The cups are huge i think they will be fine in there tell i can afford my 5 gallon buckets which shouldnt be to long
