8 days into flowering. 305w CFL 2700k about 2-4 inches from plant tops. 70 to 78 degrees, never tops 80.

I just noticed only about 5-6 leaves on the top and sides of my plant are curling up and over. I just fed them yesterday with full strength nutes (1 tsp of Fox Farm Tiger Bloom) and thought this might be the problem but not sure. I've been using only half nutes up until this time and have NOT been alternating waterings which might be the problem also.

You'll notice in the middle of the picture (sorry bout quality) on the bigger leaf the sides are turning brown and leaves are curling over. Also notice in the bottom left of the picture is a small leaf that has completely curled up.

It was close to the lights (about an inch) but I am using CFL's and the top of the plant rarely reaches 80 so I doubt it's light burn.

This is only noticeable on 5 or 6 leaves on mostly the top of plant (but not all were close to the light). Is this nute burn?

I am planning on flushing with distilled water (w/ calmag added) and hope this helps. Any help is much appreciated!

Flush is good. Fertilizer burn shows up a lot worse, and faster, in high temps. That's why you are seeing it first on the part closest to the light.
After the flush, feed with a 1/4 strength solution of your bloom fert, and if that is tinfoil on the walls, take it down. If you can replace it with mylar, great. If not, it wasn't going much anyway, since tinfoil is not nearly as reflective as you would expect, and will definitely make your room run hotter. It holds heat even during the early part of the 'night'.

and flush with straight ph correct water....don't add CalMag....you're trying to take things OUT.....not put more things in. ;)

It is mylar. Flushing with distilled and RO'd water. Should it already be 7.0? If not will adjust it with organic ph up and down.

Then feed it with ph adjusted RO'd water with 1/4 nutes and calmag. Hoping that puts it back on track. Thanks for any help.

If your soil pH is too low, flush with 7-7.2
If your soil pH is too high, flush with 6.4-6.6
If your soil pH is just right, flush at 6.7 and call it good.
