URINE TEST IN 2 DAYS HELP

I only smoke about once a week and for only the past 4 weeks or so. I smoked some on fri and sat. Im confused on what to do. Ive been drinking a lot of water and sports drinks and worked out and taken creatine today. Im going to take a purified instant detox drink an hour before the test. I dont know if i should follow the dilution post because i dont want to have to retest. Thanks for the help

well seeing that you have only 2 days to take a test then you might just have to dilute the shit outta it to get one so you can something about it or subsitute it and make sure the temp is right. aint really too many options

If your going to try dillution you really should test yourself to see if its going to work for you. A cheap strip test will work. Your safest bet is to sub with synthetic urine.

The detox drink I had said drink it 3 hours before your test. That way you can piss a few times before you actually have to test. And that worked great for me. I'm 6'3 about 190 lbs work out semi regular and the stuff I bought was like $40.

With all the stuff I've been reading, the "magic" drinks don't do a whole lot except give instructions on how to dilute. My "magic" potion (which is still here, i subbed using QF) contains Vitamin C, Thiamin, Riboflavin (B2) B6 and B12 plus potassium....then it says Phylion RM, which must be the magic part. ;)

The instructions say drink 30 ounces of water one hour to consuming the 1 oz of magic; then take the 4 replenishing capsules which contain Riboflavin and Creatine Monohydrate, Dandelion Root, and Chamomile Flower... must be more magic :thumbsup: and drink 30 ounces more water.

60 oz of water? Definitely diluting.

Question I have is... i've read that the creatine supplement has to be taken days before the test so it has time to manufacture itself into the stuff that shows up in your urine. Would it really help to take it so close to your test? Thats one of the reasons I just subbed, and passed. :smokin:

yeah suzieque you have a point there about the creatine but i have already taken it for two days. My question is im already going to dilute and have been drinking a lot of fluids but can i drink gatorade instead of water with my detox drink? Isnt gatorade suppose to help with the test not coming out negative dilution.

Gatorade gives you water plus the right amount of carbohydrates and electrolytes to speed rehydration. The reason some recommend gatorade is the electrolytes. They help maintain the specific gravity when attempting to dilute. Specific gravity is one criteria that laboratories use to determine if a given specimen is diluted or substituted.

So what's in your detox drink? Do you have to take any pills with it, or is it just the drink?

its just the drink and the guy said to take it about an hour before the test with water and gatorade now. But im not sure if i should take it sooner?

Depending on how important it is you pass, I would dilute and order the kit RIGHT AWAY!

Those detox drinks are a bunch of BS, they probably wont work so your best bet is dilution imo.

Of course I don't know everything, and if you want to risk a positive test for the chance of a clean negative then go for it. Maybe with gatorade/creatine/detox solution you will make it, who knows? It is impossible to be 100% sure unless you dilute

so can you pass by diluting. I dont want to have to restest. Like can gatorade help if i just drink that the hours before the test. I just dont understand if dilution is passing.

Follow the dillution sticky and substitute gatorade for the water. Your chances are pretty good with just dillution but there is no universal answer for pass UA's. It varies from person to person.
If you absolutely have to have this job subbing with synthetic urine is the only 100% method.
