hey everyone, although this is my first post i´ve been reading this forum long time ago, and i find it very informative and useful.

well, im going to spain to some master, and to get the student visa i need to get an antidoping test on july 8th. its an urine test and ill be supervised so, changing my urine is out of the question.

ill try to be the most informative so you guys can advise me out.

i ve been smoking regularly for a about a year or so, like hmm 5 joints a week. sometimes less sometimes more.

since may 29 i stopped smoking that much, started using pipe like 3 times a week.

and i completely stopped smoking on friday june 6th, thats when i found out about the test.

so my question is, it is enough time (from june 6 to july 8th) to get clean to pass the test??

im skinny as hell, 5´7, 120 pounds. drink lots of water since always, do intensive exercise about 3 times a week (rock climbing) and i have a very high metabolism. im pretty nervous right know, and i would really appreciate some advice from you guys

. please excuse my english grammar and greetings from mexico!

Looks like you are closer to 5'9" :)

With your skinny frame and good metabolism, I think you'll be fine. Good luck in Spain!

Just don't lose any weight, could effect it. So, stop being nervous, drink your water and relax. You have a great deal of restraint and most likely should pass! Good luck with your new job!

Losing weight will not affect his progress with getting clean. Pick yourself up some metamucil and continue to hydrate yourself but don't overdo it. You've got plenty of time so I think you will be fine. Pick up some test strips and periodically test yourself to see where you stand.
