Multiple hps 1 ballast?

Not with a normal ballast. They do make dual ballasts, and they work great, but normally it's one ballast = one bulb.

They make switching relays to hook up 2 lights to one ballast.
It works by lighting one bulb for 12 hrs then switching to the second bulb for 12 hrs. Allows you two have 2 bloom lights (hopefully in two rooms) and share one ballast.

No you can't run 2 lights off a single ballast at the same time.
