3 days in the ground

3 days ago I took these out of pots and put them in the ground. The white stuff you see is garden dust to keep the bugs away. What do yall use for bugs? Any coments would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to make a grow log but you cant "manage attachemaents" in there for me to post pics. I did not see anything posted about bugs today
