I have insomnia. However, i don't have a medical record proofing that, getting a check-up is too expensive. Is it ok for me to just go to a friendly physician and ask for the recommendation?

What are the chances of me getting the card, you know, with me being Chinese and all (I have an US passport,born in California)?

123 buckle your shoe 456 pick up stix. . . It seems you are extremely naive or a child that learned a big word. If you are having a problem you need to see a Dr. I don't know how to use a PC well. So, I cannot cite to you what the 420 laws are and why and when they are used. But, you can browse the threads and find them. You need to read the laws to start out with. And it is cheaper to see a Dr. to get a proper prescription and find out why you are not sleeping, before you go this route. It is not designed to get stoned because you like it. Regardless, if you do have a problem you need to start documenting it and try traditional means for at least a day or two. Just a suggestion. This is not a site for people that just want to get stoned for fun, so deal with your medical problem and find out why, you may not even need medication! I can be and have been known to be wrong. But, for your sake, I hope you do not have a problem that really needs much treatment! If I insult you, forgive me. Try to find the laws and read them, they are on the site, somewhere! Also, you can get good free or very low cost medical care from most medical schools or Health and Welfare Dept. in Calif. Plus they will get tests you need for free. Make sure you do not have a more serious problem!
