Outdoor growing timetable: Southern Massachusetts

Do any experienced outdoor growers in this area know around when does the light cycle turn to 12/12 and the plants typically begin to flower? It's bagseed so I'm not sure of the strain.

You'll see sex by mid July; flowering will begin in earnest by the middle of August.
