The Ice Mountain 3 Liter bottles sold at Wal-Mart is great. pH is around 6.8 and plants seem to love it. The bigger bottle--the 2.5 gallon--has a much higher pH, as do other "natural spring" waters I've tried.
On my last grow, I used the Ice Mountain throughout. Runoff never got above about 7.0.
My .02 on this...and for new growers that are using tap water or bottled water without checking pH, don't do it!

Would you happen to know the sodium content on that? It should be on the label somewhere.

It's not listed on the bottle, but I checked a couple of websites that compared bottled waters. The Ice Mountain sodium is listed at 1.7-4.3 mg/l, which is really low sodium compared to others.
These are the websites I checked

All I can say from personal experience is this...pH is terrific, worked well with ferts, and runoff from flushing didn't look like there were huge backups of anything in the soil.
