Today on "Mostly True Stories: Urban Legends Revealed" around the mid 1990s a man went for a drug test in Chicago and was refused employment because He was Pregnant.
The catch was His temp was suspiciously low and....He was with His pregnant wife. He sued and lost because they were both ordered to give DNA samples and the urine tested positive for hers.
According to drug testing experts on the program no drug test would ever be tested for sex or pregnancy unless requested by one or both party's. I don't recall anything about legality and I don't know what year it was produced.
