this will be an all my plants grow log.

this is where I'll be doing a grow log of all my indoor plants so its all in 1 place and not all over the plant.
so here we go.:D

first up is what I think is the LR2 seed I planted soil x perlite.
I forgot how old it is but it looks good for what ever kind of strain it is.

next up is from a seed I found in a (dank) bag of buds.
also don't know the age of it. but it is a darker green than the other one.

next up is a DWC seedling thst is takeing its sweet ass time to grow. I wanted to see if I could get my dwc skills working write agen.

next up is an older dwc seedling that also came from a dank bag of seeds. but its growing like crap wit just a few leafs on it.

next up is a plant that went from ground soil to dwc then to a pot of ok soil. she is flowering but only gunna get a bowl off her maybe.

next up is a funny looking plant in flower cycle. she end up being a hermie. I tryed to pic off the male nut sacks but I must have missed a few cuz she got some seeds anyway.

and lastly is a 4-6 month old clone that Im trying to flower but its takeing for ever to even grow her buds.

all of my plants have been getting 5.9-6.2 phed water.

so what do yall think of them?
and it would be great to here UR opnions if there is anything I can do the plants to make them grow/flower any better than they R right now.

Man, I can't keep up with all of those plants - I wish I had that problem at home and not just on this board. That 2nd to last picture in the 2nd post = joy! Man, there is something about early bud development that is sweet! Nice picture too.

I have a question for you about the hermie issue - I think my plant may be growing a few pairs, and from your comment above it seems you can snip off the sacs and possibly save the buds from going seedy? Any help you can give me, I would appreciate it, amigo. Please check my log link below.

I was told that U can pluck off the nut sacks and save the plants from seeding. but U'll have to take ALL the nutsacks off.

it'll become an everyday thing.well it did for me.
and I still got male nut sacks that opened and seeded my plant.
I was so :mad:. but I couldn't do anything bout it anymore.

so if U get all of them off the plant befor they open up then U should be fine.

yah growing is way too much fun for me that I haven't stoped growing for around 8-9 years in a row.

but cuz can only do low cost growing I keep haveing a few problems. but on the + side I have gotten a lot of great homegrown bud over these years.

Fat Elvis,
Best bet is to move the hermie somewhere away from any females. If you do this remember to visit the hermie after you tend the females, not before. Good luck.

Hydro, how be? I've got a hermie that appeared at week six-seven and I removed it. The male stamen were growing out from underneath the calyxes! Very difficult to get to them to remove. So, I flushed and put it in darkness ready to harvest tomorrow. The ladies do not appear to have any seed, though it is likely that I may find one or two here and there.

ok so the OLD clone I have flowering is now 4 weeks 4 days flowering today. and dammmmit she seems to be takeing way too long to show her buds.

but I am gunna keep her going. Im realy hopein she starts budding soon. as of now all I see is some hairs but no bud formation.

I was thinking of moveing 1 of my outdoor bushys into my flowering box to flower better than it would outdoors. but after this one plant is harvested?

and there already in 18-20 gallon pots so there is lots of room for there roots to grow big while in flower.
and the growing/flowering hight from bottem of lights to top shelf in my closet is 4 1/2 feet tall.
so any of my plants would have good amount of flowering hight.

I could do a scrog with most of them. this is the first time any of my PLANTS ever grew so BUSHY.:D:D:D:D:D:D
so I was thinking that if I took 1 of em into my flower box then I could flower it and get some buds befor my outdoor plants R finished.


In my outdoor log U can see that...

should I go for it.:D so it would be 1 plant/ bush flowering indoors.
then after its finished flowering in my box then I would bring in another plant to finish flowering after that 1 also and so on.

my question is would it stress them into hermies?
cuz it dosen't look like the R getting enought sunlight on a day to day to flower as good as they might indoors.

so I am just gunna start over in soil with a nother dank seed I have saved from some dank bud I had once.

so its gunna end up looking like a sog grow in there after I start 2 more seeds.

I fed the 2 in the 1st pic, with my alaska fish fertilizer. 1 tbs to 1 gallon of water that I set to 5.9-6.3 ph.
and they got half of a gallon of water for both of them.

Alright, so my advice is not experienced at all, but I thought I'd add my 2 bits anyway, so maybe someone will correct me and provide you your requested information.

It looked like the yellowing in post #16 may have been due to excessive nutrient(s) feeding - I've attributed such a factor from my own experience, which again is very limited. Looks like now everything is in balance, as your plants look great - really healthy!

Dude, if any of that is even close, I'm really tree'in! Keep 'em lookin' good, my friend!

As for the dome, I would guess it wasn't necessary since the plants are in a DWC? But, I'm not certain of your lighting, so maybe a bit of a mist of your ph balanced water once a day?

Did you say you're going to move a big outdoor in to flower , what is your flowering light ? If you have a good sunny area outdoors id be tempted to leave them, nothing beats the sun man :hippy:

what I was gunna do is move one of them to a sunny corner of the backyard and try to scrog it. and move 1 of em into my flower cab. then keep the last plant right where it is.

moving 1 to the sunny corner for better sunlight but that corner only has space for 1 plant.:(

moving 1 of em indoors to flower cuz I need to fill my flower box with a big plant thats ready to flower.
and then it would be the first time I have gotten to use a big plant to flower in there.

and the 1 Im leaving where they all were cuz theres no where better to put it. + it gets ok-good sun there.


and in the end I'll get to compare how good they well flowered and all.
and also get to compare there highs and there bud tasts and how big there colas get.


and I have put hours and hours and hours of thought on this.

first up is the lowryder2 and the dank bagseed. its not looking too good.

next up is the other 2 lr2 seedkings and the dank bagseedling.
not growing as fast as I would like them to.

Growing plants in soil is good...if your soil is good. It's really not easy to correct for a lacing soil with suppliments, ya know? So, if you're not mixing your own soil with all the necessary ingredients, then buy a top quality bag of soil and start supplimenting lightly.

hydro, sorry I don't have an answer on your yellowing problem. You may want to provide more detailed information on your soil and growing conditions?

As for the pollen question, it seems I have read on here where people will store the pollen in a simple ziploc bag. You will probably be able to discover more details through a search of the threads on this board using the "Search" function at the top.

I know I am not much help, especially with the more advanced questions. I have learned a great deal on here, as I know you have. I wish you much luck on your grow, and look forward to following along with you.

as for pollen storage, if I recall alot of people used to use those plastic film canister things that you get when you buy a roll of film for a camera. the seal on those is probably a little better than that offered by a ziploc bag.

but be careful: I've heard of males pollinating females growing in completely different rooms on a completely different level of the house. the slightest bit of pollen can go a long way...

hydro, your LR2's are looking great, especially that first pic in post #58 above. She looks like she is going to develop into one of those big, fat single cola plants with extremely dense budding. The LR2 bud shown in post #56 looks like she was sprinkled with sugar - I know you are getting anxious to see the plants ripen.

I am really impressed with your variety of strains. I'm guessing the predominatly sativa plant shown in post #58 is the bagseed shown in #56? What was the smoke report on that bag? From the look of her, I would guess it was a nice, uplifting high - very social. She has some nice, slim, long fingers!

Man, you have a very sweet overall grow on your hands. It looks like you will wind up with a nice variety of smoke to keep you and yours in a nice state of mind for some time to come! Dang fine work with these ladies, my friend! I wish you continued success with them!

I was reading up on pollenating cause im thinking about harvesting seeds as well, since you have girls it seems that the easiest way would be to simply force herm the little lady and get seeds that way around, they will also be femmed as i understand.

The LR2 is looking good, we have an AK47xLR2 going here 4 weeks old from seed so its nice to see other LR2 to have an idea about it... i have pictures in my own growlog ...

For the cloning do you know a good guide cause im gonna clone 1-2 of my WW?

A good cloning guide. there is soil cloning or my fave which is the dwc bubble cloner.

most of the time both soil cloning and dwc cloning have worked well for me.
but once or twice they both faled also.

I think cloning is more strain dependent or whatever.
where like some strains love to be cloned theres also some that don't like it.

and also today I transplanted 2 of the plants that getting root bound.

and whan I looked at em 4-5 hours later I see lots of good green still.:D
and I am working on training my plants into it a bush shape befor flower.

next up is of the nicely growing bagseed plants. 1 of em is sativa like and the other 1 is way indica.
after that will be the seedling that was outdoors in a bucket with 2 other bigger plants she was transplanted in the folgers bucket then after 2 weeks or so she was transplanted agen into a bigger bucket.
then lastly is my closet flowering plant. which is now in the way way bigger bucket and still looking good. I hope she doesn't stress too much.

this seedling grow bonsai like HER whole life.
and yes it is a she.:D when she was outdoors she put out sex early on but never flowered because its still summer in tx.
so I dug her up and potted her gave her 24 hours light and now she is a lil bonsai merry jane plant.:D
and is healthyer now.

well she was out doors in a huge pot. then I after 2 months or so I transplanted her in to a smaller pot and put her in my veging grow area.
now she is the big plant in the last 2 pix.
she was first transplanted into a folgers bucket.
then around 2 weeks later I moved her into an even bigger pot.

and I am gunna move my 3 vegging plants into my flowering box as soon as I can. or flower them where they R at, for now.

and so the flowering box is now sitting at a good lights on temps of 77'-86'.:D
and yesterday I gave the flowering one some water and blackstrap molasses mix.

so I was gunna let her flower for around 13-14 weeks to fully flower. and I'll go longer if I half to.:cool::cool::D:stoned:

It is a bagseed sativa clone I had from 4 month ago. and she almost died but I had saved her little life. then after around 3 weeks of good veg cycle. then I flowered her. then around 3 weeks flowering I transplanted her in to a 18-20 gallon bucket of ok soil.

now she is inspiring me to ggrow her all the way to the end.:D for the hightest yield I can get off her.
this x-mas is gunna be the greenest:stoned::stoned: I will have ever had. with outdoor bud indoor bud and upside down bud.:D

hydro, I dunno what is up with your LR2 - it looks like she was not getting something she needed to flower fully. If you were giving her plenty of light, water, and nutrients, then my uneducated guess would be she suffered from nutrient lockout? Then again, maybe she was just a bad seed?

Whatever the case may be with your LR2, your bag sativa certainly makes up for it, doesn't she? She is truly an amazing beauty, bro, especially considering you brought her back from the edge of life! Dang fine work with her!

hydro, your buds are beginning to look mighty frosty! Great work on them! I hate to hear about the whiteflies - those are some pesky murfs for certain. They gobbled up a couple of gardenias of mine. I bought some Neem Concentrate from Lowe's, mixed it as recommended, and dosed them for a few days; they are pretty much history now. I was surprised it took as much spraying as it did, but the stuff works; and, I have read that Sticky uses it well into flowering without any hesitation or problems.

That last pic of yours with the triple cotyledon is a trip! Mutants are becoming more and more common in this day and age it seems. I hope your mutant turns out to be an Amazon!

that lr is the 2ed lr I have grown and the first one had a good smoke/buz but it could have been better.

but then agen I could have grown it way better also.

ok so I finely figered out how long she is has been in flowering cycle.
and missy is 11 weeks and 1 day from the start of 12-12 light change.

and I was gunna flower her 14 to 18 or maybe even 20 weeks flowering.
90% of her hairs R still white and her trich R just now at 30-35% cloudy color.
and I wanted around 60%-80% of her of her trich to be cloudy and maybe some amber also.:D

well it does look like she is around 90% sativa.
and I also looked at the trich on most of her buds to get my results of the trich color.

and this grow is grow # 20-26. and up untill now I have only grown bagseed plants. and over the past 11 years of growing. I have alwase had to flower my sativas to around 11-19 weeks of flowering.

and in the last 2 weeks of there flowering they would swell up to a masave size.
and they would be way more potent also.


so once round 2 years ago I was moving and I hade to do an early harvest on a sativa andthey were a bit smaller than they usuly had been at harvest and they were not as potent eather.

and by the way UR plants R looking great also. I would rather have great strains to grow but I am to chicken to order the good seeds off the internet.

well I did order the lowryder seeds off the internet but I was still scard out of my mind while ordering them.

+ I have 100'000's of seeds saved from mids and a few from some dank buds I bought in the past.

Still at it, hey? As you know it will be well worth it to finish them up right. I found that the lower intensity lights from florescents seem to ripen the buds slowly. But, in the end the product is really good.

Ok so she is 12 weeks of flowering and I have been slushing for 2 days now and will keep flushing for the rest of this week then she gets the chop.

Ok so here is the smoke report.:D

1) bag appeal: 2% :(
2) the kind of buzz I got was a good 8.9%. :D
3) trich is 6.5%: cool:
4) dense ness is 3.3% :(
5) smell and tast is like some kind of wild fruit.:D
6) I smoked 2 bowls off her buds and I felt like I was hit in the face with a sock full of pennies.:D:D:D
and I was high for around 2 straight hours.:D

and every thing was funny as shit. like tv and other stuff:D :stoned::stoned::stoned:
